Delete your Azm account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — in the app (fastest)

1. Open Azm and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — by email

Send the request from the email address you signed up with. We'll confirm within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, sign-in details and everything you saved in the app — permanently.
• Analytics and diagnostics linked to your account are deleted or anonymised.
• Records we must keep by law (if any) are retained only for the legally required period, then deleted.

حذف حسابك في Azm

يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل البيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت.

الطريقة الأولى — من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)

1. افتح Azm وسجّل الدخول.
2. ادخل على الإعدادات ← الحساب.
3. اضغط حذف الحساب وأكّد.

الطريقة الثانية — بالبريد الإلكتروني

أرسل الطلب من البريد الإلكتروني المسجل به الحساب، وسنؤكد خلال 7 أيام.

طلب الحذف بالبريد

ما الذي يتم حذفه

• ملفك الشخصي وبيانات الدخول وكل ما حفظته في التطبيق — بشكل نهائي.
• بيانات التحليلات والتشخيص المرتبطة بحسابك تُحذف أو تصبح مجهولة الهوية.
• السجلات التي يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها (إن وجدت) تُحفظ للمدة القانونية فقط ثم تُحذف.
